The kitchen is equipped with dish washer, garbage disposal, large side-by-side refrigerator w/ice and water in door.
Washroom has a Washer/Dryer, Iron board and Iron.
The home has a large 1/4 acre fenced backyard w/patio.
No pets and no smoking please.
The room is $800 for month-to-month, rent includes all utilities and amenities above and more.
We do offer a discount of $100 on the first months rent to help with the transition As the owners we do not live in the home full time just during the spring and summer months using the master bedroom.
The rest of the time you share it with two other renters.
