Large can with both ends off. Use a vise to squeeze the can. Leave a couple inch opening at the top and use a pliers to close the bottom more. Spray paint and then mod podge napkins, tissue paper on to the can. Use a wire and string it with wooden beads. Punch two holes in toward the top of the can and run the wire through it. Spray paint the wooden beads then add whatever flowers.
