We slab roll clay and then cut it into pieces, stamp textures into the clay with stamps and found objects, then draw on and carve away some of the background to create raised flowers and plants. Then we glaze, fire, and grout these beautiful treasures and set them into a base metal pendant frame. We slip the tile onto a black leather cable with a magnetic barrel clasp which is very secure and comfortable to wear. A friend of ours slid her tile onto her own, longer chain necklace for a longer look. ONE OF A KIND Each piece is handcrafted to create a one-of-a-kind piece. When working with natural materials, it is impossible to duplicate exact color variation and patina.
