Solid pine support beams, massive in scale and salvaged from decades-old mills, factories and warehouses, find new life in these simple yet monumental tables. Distressed as only age and the elements can impart, the rough-hewn planks are carefully hand-selected, planned and lightly sanded yet otherwise left untouched. Each table is a celebration of authenticity and uniquely one of a kind.
To more highlight the natural character of the wood, we used wax to protect it. The material has been processed to make it safe and free from splinters, but we try to interfere as little as possible to bring out its raw character.
This item is artisan-crafted with meticulous care. Given its handmade and hand-finished nature, variations and imperfections in the wood are to be expected and celebrated. Each item is an original and no two are exactly alike.
