We will do our best to match the color, but discrepancies between submitted files and the final printed piece are unavoidable due to differences in monitors, printers, and light sources. VARIATION TOLERANCE For functional or aesthetic reasons, we reserve the right to make minor changes. Adjusting slightly off-center designs or spacing to allow hardware or holders are examples of minor modifications. We cannot be held liable for minor color variations in items or printed colors. Our products are handcrafted to order and are unique to you. As a result, each product may differ slightly. The maximum cut tolerance we allow is 3/16′′ inch. Changes outside our control, such as those caused by environmental concerns and manufacturer productions, are common in the printing and laser cutting industries. We will not be liable for minor scratches, scuffs, or heat marks on plastics because this is a normal occurrence throughout the manufacturing, printing, stacking, and shipping of such items. Smaller than a nickel-sized markings are not considered a flaw. Customers must accept this risk for all orders even if we make every effort to prevent these from happening through our handling. IMAGE QUALITY WARNING When sending a picture for printing, the buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the image quality is acceptable. The buyer acknowledges this and assumes entire responsibility for the image quality that they offer. To get the best print quality, use vector pictures or a bitmap with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Due to the image quality provided to us, we are not liable for poor, pixelated prints.
