Antique Gold Tone Mourning Double Sided Photo Locket Pendant /Fob with Ornate Chain

This piece is a wonderful example of mourning jewelry. It is made up of a 16" ornate chain which has a dog clip or fob clasp at one end and a rather large (about 3/4" in diameter) spring ring clasp at the other end. There is a double sided charm/fob, with a photo of a man on one side and that of what seems to be an angel on the other side. The photos are framed in a beautifully ornate gold tone frame with a total diameter which is a little over 1 1/4" long.
