I use it to keep in touch with everyone. Messenger is user-friendly. You can respond to individual messages so nobody gets confused about what you're talking about. You can send pictures/videos/gifs, send voice clips, or video/voice call. Sometimes, I have issues with certain features not working how they should, but that usually means there's an update. Currently, there's not. So now I gotta check if the video that I sent to a friend not showing in Messenger is a known issue or not. No prob.

It doesn't lag like Zoom does with video calls. Reception is never perfect, no matter how good the device or program is. I haven't had difficulties to the point of it hindering or being a major issue. Messenging is accurate, effective, and userfriendly for all devices. I don't have any complaints besides the developers designing it to be as addicting as possible. I know plenty of people who use messenger over regular texting. There is no question why Messenger is so popular. Moderation is key.

The last update has caused the app to have issues with links and gifs, plus other bugs like the "like" button not to grow when held down. Links are coming in labeled as pictures in the banner and bubble previews. Gifs aren't sending as gifs but as photos and then automatically saving to my phone, which is a function I have off. Then, there's no real support function for the app. You never talk to a person and if you do, it's days for them to respond. These issues make the app frustrating to use.
