Bought for my 6th grader and has been perfect for us. She'd had Ace 2 for years & took good care of it. She likes that Ace LTE looks sophisticated (like adult Fitbit or Pixel watch), but has games & allows her to communicate w us. I like seeing where she is when she takes the bus, etc. The developers seem responsive so far & continue to add new features. We're planning to use this instead of a phone thru middle school. I wish it showed last 7 days of activity instead of resetting every Sunday.

The app is becoming more annoying by day. We like the watch and the concept. But it's just growing isolated, not working with anything else. For example, they introduced family quest, and to participate we can only use mobile to track steps. It should either use Health Connect or Fitbit account to sync. Not able to use it from the Pixel watch either. Not everyone carries a mobile around like an extended body part 😞

Thanks for the feedback Theeran! The team is working hard to get steps from trackers and other heath apps syncing with Family Quests over the next few months.

Everything worked, and all of a sudden I open the app and see "Your account is not supported. Please sign in with a different account" What is that? You cut me off from being able to connect to my kid like that? Nothing I am trying to do allows me to get back into the app! EDIT: looks like it happens when the phone has no connection. Forcing the app to stop and retrying fixed the issue.
