I used to love this app. I could use it on the outside screen on my flip 6. With this update, half the time I can't get the controls on that screen and wind up missing the call. Another good chunk of the time, the call doesn't register in my phone, and I only get notified that I missed the call. This update was several steps in the wrong direction. I didn't request it so I can't roll it back. This really was a bad move on your part. NOTE: I've tried reinstalling & it works right only briefly.

Honestly, this is my favorite method of video calling anybody. I prefer this over any other app. The call quality is always been as good as possible, depending on people's reception and service of course. Don't forget that the only way you're going to get good video, even with the best app or service, is if both people have good reception. In every case that I've been on a video call where both ends have good reception, the video calls have been fantastic.

Used to be able to see other person's video while screen sharing and can no longer do that. The audio used to come back clear when the other person spoke even while a video was playing, now it's muffled. I hate the lastes update changes. The app was fine before. EDIT: Tried the recommended "fixes". Nothing changed. Still can't keep my mom's camera up when I screen share. Just leave it as it was. If it was an update to improve, I'd understand, but the updates are just making everything worse.

Hi there. Try restarting your phone and make sure you have updated the Meet app to the most recent version. If that doesn't work, try clearing the app’s cache and storage or uninstall and reinstall the app. Hope this helps.
