Take your business elsewhere! I canceled my Ads & directly after, sent an email to confirm that it had been canceled. Fast forward, no email reply, and & was charged more than $3k. I emailed again, and no response. Finally, I got a call back with the WORST customer service ever. I didn't get a good reply until I gave a bad score on BBB & someone contacted me but offered nothing to rectify the issues I'd had. They'r clearly not in the US. I will NEVER use Google ads again. PS,they want $600 more

This is a terrible way of advertising for small business. I have been trying for over a year to get my account out of a "suspended" status for having an unpaid balance of $0. After numerous attempts of clicking various links, sending numerous emails, and "proof" pics. I still have not been given an answer as to why my account has an unpaid balance of $0 or a way to get it out of suspension. Its pathetic that there is no real customer service interest or a direct way to get in touch with them.

Not intuitive at all. Redirects to desktop website which can't effectively be viewed on mobile (even in desktop mode). Expected my ad to be running but it was not approved. No way to effectively find out why and can't fix it until I'm home after work. Disappointing. No reason for this not to be in the app. p.s. it's frustratimg being held up and then redirected to a help page instead of a page that shows you what AD your even referring to, what the problem is and how to fix it. Test 1st!
