There are things I love that SaA has which "Sleep Cycle" app (which I've used for 8yrs) doesn't have, like the sleep score breakdown into components elements, data that's easier to read on the charts, and the ability to edit your sleep session start/stop times. However, the UI/UX is a bit haphazard and not well organized, and the main dashboard view is littered with constant suggestions and notifications. I'll continue to use both for a few more weeks and see if the cost/benefit pencils out.

Hello Tom, the Dashboard is customizable - you can swipe any card you don't need, or pin the most interesting cards to the top (long press the card). Or you can use the Hide/Show button at the bottom of the Dashboard to pick the cards you wish to see. For more details, please contact support@urbandroid.org. Thank you.

Original 2015 review: I'm a retired IT consultant. I'm accustomed to just knowing how to use apps intuitively. There's no reason to be so difficult to understand. Uninstalled and cancelled my subscription. Update 2024: It's a decade later. After many years on Fitbit they have broken its sleep tracking. I've tried all the sleep apps and for my needs this seems to be the most reliable one out there. It's certainly the most mature! Thank you, Petr!

Thanks for checking out Sleep as Android, we hope you'll be happy with the app of your choice! We upgrade the app regularly with a tendency to simplify, so make sure to check it once in a while. Many thanks for your feedback. Jiri

great alarm, all of the essential features function in the free version, which is pretty hard to come by! I don't find the stats useful, and I'm not convinced they are accurate. they might be much better if I had a smartwatch or something. it can't really tell if I'm awake or asleep, but it wakes me up every morning and I'm down from 5 alarms to one.
