Like many others, the app does not save my alerts/notifications. I have found the only way to re-enable them is to log out and back in of the MyDisney account within the app. It temporarily restores all the saved alerts, but then they randomly disappear again and you have log out and back in again. Multiple times per day. It's a pain and probably not even worth it. Update: they fixed the issue with the app only working on mobile data after a few weeks last year. I'm slow to update that one.

Literally a horrendous app considering how much money Disney has. Articles don't load half the time. Videos don't load half the time. Even when they do, watching ads each time that are longer than the clips you're trying to see is dumb. God forbid you missed the game and want to watch game highlights. You'll end up watching 25 minutes of ads for 5 minutes of content. What's the point of paying for the service to watch that many ads. Horrible app. If I could rate this 0 out of 5, I would.

How a Disney owned, brand name company like ESPN has such a bad app is wild. It takes forever for any highlight video to load and 50/50 that it will play when it does. Any notification link click takes you to a loading screen forever then just goes to the home screen because it apparently just gave up on looking for the linked article. All you can really do is check scores. 1 Star
