This app is terribly disappointing! I have had my pixel buds for a while connected to my Samsung phone, and it seems the app was better functioning then the for me. I upgraded my phone to the pixel 9 and now it has less options in it which makes 0 sense. I am not sure if it was an upgrade to the app or something else but it's frustrating! I cannot access the it's location anymore. - Google LLC responded with generic help link which did not help, as it did not have anything on my issue.

app lacks all functionality and does not look at all like the advertising screenshots i can turn on spatial audio thats about all... i was told to submit feedback, but the option to submit feedback is missing on my pixel 7 pro. no option for "more settings" once clicking the cog in connnected devices for the buds. no option for feedback. ear bud emits an ear piercing screech when pressed sometimes, guessing it has to do with the "seal" when in transparency mode . terrible

Pixel Buds Pro 2 NEEDS an update. The anc is not balanced and/or strong enough. The left bud always FEELS as though it's falling out, when in reality it's fine. The issue is the noise cancellation. Lets more sound through the left bud creating a feeling as though the seal is broken. Seems like something that can be easily fixed with the software update. Google, I do hope you hear me as you can keep customers with what I can only assume is a simple update to the firmware
