I've had this app for at least 2 yrs, it BARELY EVER works right!! What should take me seconds to do(pay my bill) leaves me frustrated and ticked off. Today after having to re-enter my banking info AGAIN it doesn't even show my payment as scheduled. So if it doesn't show up later this morning I have to call REMC and see what's going on... doesn't that defeat the purpose of having an app!!! Hate this app!!!

It never works. Every time I try to log in, it says invalid creditials, but I type the same info in the web browser, and it works perfectly. I wish REMC would pay for a working app with all the money they charge us on our monthly bills.

No ability to look at your bill. It says a pdf reader needs to be installed. I have a pdf reader installed.This app doesn't work unless you're connected to WiFi. If you've lost power, you can't report a power outage via the app. I gave up and uninstalled. They can mail me a bill instead.
