The game is fun, but it needs to massively upgrade the ui. Many of the cards don't fully say what they do and you are just left to guess. This is extremely problematic when you encounter a card for the first time, and you don't know exactly it can do. Makes some games extremely annoying when you lose. There are still a lot of interesting cards, decks, and mechanics, so I hope this game can be improved.

They're at it again! For the last incarnation of Cards and Castles the developers constantly changed the game rules and over hauled half the cards. I stopped playing the first one after about the 3rd time they did this. They just did that again, about 6 months after leaving early access. It feels like a new game, and not in a good way. I would avoid this title.

This is the last overhaul we're going to do for this game, we just launched a bit too early before the game was really done and needed to correct things to support our long term content plans. We're rolling into content now and are going to be releasing lots of new cards very soon!

This is more of a remake than a sequel, which is fine because I love the original. New mechanics on existing cards is a bit jarring but I'll get used to it. But why is there no movement indicator on the cards? I dont know how far a card can move until I play it or if I've memorized it, and it's really dumb. Plz just add it back, it was in the first game, why not here? In fact just change the card back to old layout with attack on the left and health on the right, it looked so much better
