Pretty disappointed that I choose to pay for a year subscription. While there is good content, it's a coin toss if the app will crash and freeze up or if you'll be allowed to view the selected show. The app glitches constantly on the TV and mobile apps. The only consistency is that the app is not going to work at some point. Is it asking too much to watch without having to troubleshoot, restart, clear cashe, uninstall/reinstall or any other IT step by step.

I love so many shows on this app, but I can only watch for about two hours before the app stops displaying visual images. Then I can either listen to it like a radio, or uninstall it, reset my phone, reinstall it, and SOMETIMES it comes back. Other times I have to wait for days or weeks for it to return. The people at the help line treat me like I don't know anything and walk me through steps I've already tried (like clearing the cache) and know that they don't work.

If Paramount+ wasn't part of my Walmart+ subscription, I'd give up on it. Over a year, the first few months were okay. Then, the app wouldn't start. Once that issue stopped, now the commercials won't play. If they won't play, your show won't continue. So, you have to back out, re-enter the app, resume the show, and hope the commercials will start...but they don't 80% of the time. So, it takes 90+ minutes to watch 1 episode. App has been uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times with no luck.
