I don't know what's up with the latest version of the app, but several times now I've lost work I've done on an item's description. I might paste some copy, then spend time editing the copy and in the middle of it, if I was distracted by a phone call or watching something on TV, look down and the text has reverted to what I originally pasted in. I lost all the edits I'd done. This app need an auto save function, not one that undoes your work in the middle of it!!! Very frustrating & inefficient.

eBay is a great resource for finding antiques and collectibles. I've never had a problem with refunds, when rarely needed, and haven't had too many problems with different sellers. The biggest problem I have isn't really even about eBay. It's about relying on the US Postal Service to deliver packages. I honestly wish they would team up with Amazon, or Walmart, or FedEx, or literally anyone else besides relying on government postal workers.

"Shipping adjustments on eBay feel like a scam. I shipped a 13-ounce item for around $5, but later received an unexpected $66 adjustment, allegedly due to an incorrect system scan. After two months of frustrating back-and-forth between eBay blaming USPS and USPS blaming eBay, I finally gave up. On top of that, eBay doesn’t even notify sellers about these adjustments via email or the app. This lack of transparency makes it seem like they’re trying to keep sellers in the dark, not acceptable.
