I enjoy the separate app to keep business and personal separate. I like that the format is not a news feed, unlike the desktop view, that's unnecessary. I like being able to see my insights. I would love it if they brought back the ability to view past appointments. It looks like they've now removed appointments all together, thats disappointing. I can't see time stamps on messages, forcing me to use alternative apps.

I like the idea of being able to be an admin for the page my family set up and not having them post for me to our shared page, but it's not easy to use. Photo albums won't work ect. I can only post to the feed. So much like Facebook itself, I hate it but continue to use it because well it seems this platform has and will withstand the test of time.

Edit: somehow this has gotten worse over the past few months. Why do you guys tie everything to your AI support? It does. Not. Work. I still get notifications either never, or two days later. Hangs when I try to share. Usually in blocked from "selecting an asset " half of business suite is automated, half of it is run by a room full of chimpanzees.
