I love the glasses but this is thee most glitchiest app I have ever used. Getting your photos to import is a nightmare. The app keeps shutting down when I attempt to import. I can't review my videos either. If you guys can fix that I'll give you 5 stars. It would be cool if there was an edit function too. Also, I use YouTube music and there's no option to link my glasses to the app. Some of us do not use Spotify or Amazon music.

Update: I was able to install the update using a friend's iphone. Now I'm able to use the app and everything works well but it was incredibly inconvenient to get it working. So disappointed. I can't use this app because the glasses require an update. I can't update the glasses because they require a temporary wi-fi connection that isn't available. The glasses are pretty much useless without the app. I just bought these and might have to return them.

Downloading phots are a nightmare. The app keeps telling me to turn off VPN and hotspot. Both are off, ironically if I turn on tethering and restart the phone I can download photos. But once those are downloaded I get the error again and have to turn on tethering , cycle the phone off to download again. Samsung S22 Ultra. Full batteries doesn't help. TIA
