I have done everything I can possibly figure out to do to fix this issue. It will not allow me to send a video to my friends on me taking, filmed within the instagram app, where it shows the video thumbnail. It will only show the text "video" and when they click it they can watch it once and thats it. I can't even watch it at all. While on their ends they can record and send videos, and it shows up as a video/thumbail and watch their videos as many times as they want and so can I. Im frustrated.

Updates are so inconsistent across the board. I was able to post a 20 picture carousel for about a week and now it's back down to 10 for a few weeks now. I never got any of the new fonts for the stories. And now, if I want to make a multi-photo post they all revert to 4x4 sized even if I change the size of the original photo chosen, which is something new happening. So annoying.

Please fix the forced aspect ratio. Not everyone wants to post a multi-photo post in 1:1. I've had to resort to collaging everything just to let them have the right aspect ratio, which means that the info photos we use for our organization are much smaller than they should have to be, therefore harder to read. As soon as I go into the editing portion of the posting process, even if I've pressed the button to keep my photos their original size, it will still revert back to 1:1.
