More times delayed delivery. Food gets there mostly but not always all of it. Waiting an hour for an order that's been renotified 5 times makes me question why to use their delivery options. App works to take money but delivery and cooking takes longer than most apps after order placed. Even if we put a higher tip. There's also an issue with points they expire and uninstalling app removes them.

If you enjoy an app that hardly works, this is the app for you. The first few times I used it, it was great. Last dozen times I've tried and it will not accept ANY form of payment. No google pay, no credit cards. I even tried ordering from the web and same error. If you cannot figure out how to accept payments, maybe you should add a Pay At Store option. Or just go out of business because you obviously don't want mine. Oh...and bring back the Extra Crispy Strips, the new ones are garbage.

ETA: Just tried the app again. This is hands down the worst app I have ever used. It cost the restaurant yet another sale. This app straight up sucks. It doesn't take payment methods without setting up Google wallet. I just wanted a quick sandwich, not jump thru hoops for 45 minutes and it still didn't complete the purchase. I want to place my order, enter my payment info, and be done in less than 30 SECONDS. I won't waste my time again as there are so many other restaurants.
