"Spotlight" is visually cluttered and onnoxious. The order of the items changes at random. I check heart rate the most. it's never at the top. Nothing is customizable so I can't put it in an order that is useful to me. I can't turn off the useless repetitive text blurbs. I'm late chronotype but bedtime and sleep sounds is stuck on early bed time and no option to set the time myself. If you tap "measure HR" in the vitals section, it doesn't add that HR to the daily record, so that's still broken.

I love that they are always working and improving the data and features. Lately I've been more focused on stress management. I'd like to see continuous stress tracking and the ability to prioritize it in the algorithm (stress focus). As it is data can be a bit spotty and result in an inaccurate view of your stress for the day. I just left a 1 hour sound bath and it tracked not a moment of it, but had a high stress event before and after (driving). My Garmin had me in a rested state.

As a regular night shift worker, there are too many features that don't work properly. I can't log any exercises between 12-4am, which my gym time falls under. My sleep score is by default lower because I'm going to sleep at 4am, which is a "timing" issue apparently. I don't know why they even have an "I work nights" option when it doesn't change anything. Update: My workouts now get picked up. My sleep score is still always lower than it should be, but comparing the data to myself, it works.
