This app has some annoying bugs... It will repeat notification on me randomly during the day or night. I have to set restrictions on the app so that it doesn't beep all night or while I'm at work. The UI is slow and unresponsive at times, and messages are delayed a little. Things I like: being able to shop for games, being able to join a party chat via my phone. Being able to watch share streams from my phone. Being able to message people from my phone. Rated 2/5... Due to bugs and slowness.

They made a Great companion app for PS. My only knock is that saved captures are removed from the app after 14 days. Would've been nice if the app let you stream saved captures from your PS to the app, from anywhere; since the console is always networked, might as well use it as a file server. A bit strange that Sony hasn't leveraged the PS5's always-online nature for better media management through the app, since the infrastructure is clearly there.

Ordinarily this app does what it's supposed to do and works great but recently, around the first week of October, my app just stopped working. I don't mean there's an error message or some features aren't working, it straight up stopped working. I'll press the app icon on my home screen, it'll show the blue backsplash like it's opening, then just stops. Instant crash. I'm using Android, I've cleared the cache, managed memory, reinstalled, nothing works. It's a shame, I used this all the time.
