About this app

The Mi Telcel app is the easiest way to recharge, pay, purchase packages and manage your line services without having to go to a Customer Service Center. It is available to all our clients with a compatible GMS device.
Download it, use it and save time.
Once you download it, register to access all the possibilities it offers. If you are not yet registered, you can use Mi Telcel to recharge and check your balance and Internet consumption.

Do you have an Income Plan?
On the “Home” screen we present the most relevant information about your line; Know your balance and payment deadline.
In the “My Account” section, pay your bill with a credit or debit card, download your previous invoices and check your payment history.

In the “Services” section you can register/unsubscribe the Additional Services of your line and learn about the Internet of Things.

In the “Packages” section you can buy Internet packages, packages to travel abroad and top up friends and family with a credit or debit card.

Do you have a Telcel Friend?
In the “Home” section we show you the most relevant information about your line, you can contract Internet and Amigo Unlimited Packages and, if you already have one, we tell you what it is and the MB available. Check the details of your balances and top up with a credit or debit card.

In the “Services” section you can check your Telcel and Third Party subscriptions.

In the “Packages” section you can also top up your balance, contract Internet packages.

Upon opening app I get an error message. The data amount and expire date r seldom correct when they do show. The saldo amount isn't correct either. For all of this I have to login to the Telcel website, which uses my data and sometimes it doesn't even load. And plus I purchased a 2 hour $15 pckage of internet and it never showed up on my fone. Once in a while I get a message stating that the pckage it still waiting but when I need it i can't find the message to get the code so I can activate it.

Never Works, the services are always down and causes to crash. And cant rely on the website because was built with so many bugs. If you want an application that just waste your time, battery and memory, this is the one. Complete waste of an app, and sadly the only other way to manage your account is via their website and that even worst. Cant believe they would release this to the public.

Though they finally fixed the issue where we couldn't see how much data we were using, now it only shows the whole number. For example, it shows 6 or 7 gb left instead of 6.7 or 7.3. This happened only recently. I personally think it's a horrible practice as you have no way of knowing whether you are at 6.1 or 6.9. It's the first time I've seen a cell phone company do this.
