We ordered 2 subs, only got one but we're charged for both. Even showing proof from app and bank the girl and manager said they couldn't give us a "free" sandwich (which wasn't free. We paid for it) even though they knew this was happening to many people. No way to contact corporate! You stole from me, Subway. Money and points. Through the app. I contacted the Better Business Bureau since the manager at the store was no good and ultimately locally responsible but it's on you, Subway and app!

Does not work. Do not install. Lost my appetite, thanks Subway! I don't believe the 4.4 star rating for a second. I have never had a more frustrating app installed in my entire life. 5+ phones, 500+ apps, and I can't recall a bigger waste of time and energy. Consistently lags, bugs out, and fails to process. Utterly useless error messages. Does not accept valid cards after you "finish" ordering Astounding. Absolutely incredible that a major company has an app this dysfunctional in 2024.

Dumb app never applies my promo codes. This app is literally so annoying. Update. There was no subway there. I had to turn back, it was literally like 4 blocks away from my hotel idk why it took me out to the middle of nowhere. took me like 25 minutes away from my hotel. It takes you to the wrong location sometimes or just randomly updates where you are ordering from without notifying you. This app needs a lot of work.
