Laundry Rush - Idle Game

It makes me super sad to put forth 2 stars. I really like this idle mind numbing game! So much so, that I paid for the ad free version. Imagine my suprise and incredible disappointment when I realized that the only level complete is the first one. Come to find out, it's a known issue. Most people have done the same as I and as of 12/24 there has been no real progress on updating the game. Will edit if it changes before I give up!

I really enjoyed the game up to the Carpet Care building. It was way too many ads until i spent $10.00 for no ads. That is the second building in the game. I'm not able to move forward to do anything else. What I am really pissed about is I had to grind to unlock an extra space in the back of carpet care building for 100k and just to see that nothing was in there to do. It's just an empty space of nothing. I reached out to support but still haven't had any replies.

The ads are way too many. You play for 60 seconds and forced to "take a break" for 15 seconds to watch an ad but the ad is 30 seconds. I am stuck at the second building, laundry area with everything done but can't progress because it says to finish laundry. What is there to finish? The concept is great but it's more aggravating to play than the enjoyment a player gets
