it's a great service, very direct about what you need to know and the drivers are always nice! I just wish that the Price Lock Pass wasn't restrictive to only saving $40 a month. why would there be a limitation as to how much you would be allowed to save? it'd be better if they got rid of the limited amount of saving entirely, since you already pay for buying thr Price Lock in the first place

The GPS bounced around. Set the driver's blocks away from where I intend to be picked up. my GPS is on and working. It has no formal complaints or issues with app only directs the problem to the driver. So I'm leaving a bad review here! As this has happened multiple times. I also had to update and correct my address several times as it would not save.

Overcharged multiple times, no way to contact a person. I have paid over 500 dollars in a dozen rides that show up an hour late or more. There's no customer service. There's a button that doesn't allow support, only options to tell you things. It's misleading and taking advantage of riders to say you'll arrive and keep changing the time by 3 minutes longer until it's been an hour.
