Whomever it is that does maintenance, reads reviews, works on updates on MyChart is doing poorly. MyChart tells you what to do, suggestions, reminders and a wealth of things you should do. But it doesn't help you get those things done. All the links lead you to main operator numbers and you get transferred and redirected so much and in the end it's exhausting and you hang up. Renders it all useless and not user friendly.

I have used this app for years. This past week I am no longer able to access anything because the login page continues to pop up an error stating I have left a field blank after entering in my login multiple times. I have also tried to submit an app issue on the app, and that will not submit either. My phone and all the apps are up to date, yet this app continues to fail.

Update: latest version is even worse! Can't login with error message "A required field has been left blank"...NOT! Autofilled username and password, the only two fields. They were yellow so I went into them and hit space then delete to make them register in the broken form validator. Still not working. Fix the login, doesn't work. Can't biometric login, password auth not working. Basically useless. Update: Still doesn't work :( 0-stars New look and feel, still doesn't work. Can't login.
