I love that this app has very clear instructions, and they actually show you what you need to do, slowly, before you do it. They have a clock going and peaceful music that doesn't bother me at all, for each exercise. I like that they ask you after the workout if it was too hard, just right, or too easy, and can alter the workouts going fwd to suit where you are at. I LOVE that the workouts are only 9-10 minutes and yet you feel stronger from them. I have greater flexibility when I do this often.

Well blanaced gentle and strengthening workouts that are meeting me where I am at. Music that goes along is pleasant as well, but can opt out on this I believe. My email is not gobbed up with a bunch of messages for this app and I am motivated by the goal setting. A nice offering of different workouts you can add on to your routine if you like.

Easy to follow. I don't like exercise but this shows the exercise before you do it at an easy level I need. I don't know what exercise to do besides walking and need guidance, so this is a helpful plan designed for me and my goals that is figured out for me which I need. The soft music and announcing the half way mark is pleasant. This was my first day, not too hard, and I think this will work for me over time.
