A TikTok sensation! Sparks fly when a competitive figure skater and hockey team captain are forced to share a rink.

Anastasia Allen has worked her entire life for a shot at Team USA. It looks like everything is going according to plan when she gets a full scholarship to the University of California, Maple Hills and lands a place on their competitive figure skating team.

Nothing will stand in her way, not even the captain of the hockey team, Nate Hawkins.

Nate’s focus as team captain is on keeping his team on the ice. Which is tricky when a facilities mishap means they are forced to share a rink with the figure skating team—including Anastasia, who clearly can’t stand him.

But when Anastasia’s skating partner faces an uncertain future, she may have to look to Nate to take her shot.

Sparks fly, but Anastasia isn’t worried…because she could never like a hockey player, right?

Icebreaker: A Novel was a captivating read that kept me hooked from start to finish. The author's vivid descriptions of the arctic setting created a truly immersive experience. I particularly enjoyed the development of the main character, [character's name], whose journey was both inspiring and heartbreaking. The novel's exploration of themes such as friendship, survival, and the power of nature was thought-provoking and left a lasting impression

I ended up buying the book at the store and I read it ALL on the day I bought it (which was 2 days ago). I was hooked from the very first sentence and it's amazing. The characters are so thought out and well written. My most favorite book, that I have read in a long time.

Story just drags on. The enemies to lovers trope was great but that only went for so long. After that the plot just mellows and for 200 pages your kind of wondering what's supposed to happen now, what's the point of the story. Love cliches and sterotypical dialogue but some of the characters dialogue just makes you cringe.
