The owner was forced to move, the wife no longer wants chop, and so he was surrendered to the shelter, which has no empty kennels. He was so traumatized during his intake that they had to restrain him which totally terrified him into not trusting anyone at the shelter. you can see in the first video his face is swollen and there’s a little bit of blood in the kennel. So when they tried to do his assessment, he wasn’t having it. He Reacted and refused to leave his kennel and So the behavior team recommended that he be euthanized saying he was unsafe for placement.
