City Pigeon. Brass ring. One of the more remarkable traits of pigeons is their immense ability to adapt. Their capacity to easily adjust to their environment allows them to flourish anywhere in the world and survive even in the harshest of conditions. The ring is in raw brass. It can oxidize over time or brighten up depending on your skin's pH. It is a normal non-toxic process, as the jewel ages with you! The technique used is the traditional lost wax casting: I sculpt a prototype in a hard wax, then give it to the foundry to get it cast in brass. I finish with polishing.
