I accept returns and issue refund on the following conditions: 1. If I mistakenly sew and ship with a different fabric from what a customer chooses while ordering. 2. If I mistakenly use a size or measurement different from what a customer chose or sent while ordering. 3. If there is any defect like stain on the suit. Which is almost impossible. I don't accept returns and issue refunds on the following conditions: 1. If a customer chooses wrong size or sends in wrong measurements and I sew with it but it does not fit. 2. If a customer mistakenly choose a fabric color different from what he wants and I sew and ship to him before he finds out it's a mistake. Cancellation Yes I accept cancellation if it comes with one or two hours after order placement. After two hours, a customer will not be able to cancel because I have already registered the order and have made provision for the fabric.
