3-INGREDIENT CHOCOLATE PUDDING ( SAVE IT✅️ )

If you want to make a dessert for your iftaari which is easy, requires a few ingredients and tastes incredible,then you got to check out this 3-ingredient chocolate pudding. It uses simple pantry ingredients,has no added sugar and comes together in just under 10 minutes.

You need-

350ml milk
3 tbsp corn flour
1/2 cup dark chocolate

In a pan,take milk,corn flour and dark chocolate.

Turn the heat on and whisk it continuously till the chocolate melts and it starts thickening. 

Once it starts thickening,remove it from the heat and pour it in any dish you like

Refrigerate it for 4-5 hours or overnight

Process
1. Begin by melting dark chocolate in the microwave, heating it in 30-second intervals until it is completely melted.
2. In a blender, combine cooked rice, boiled water, and the melted dark chocolate. Blend until you achieve a smooth, velvety mousse like texture.
3. Pour the mixture into a bowl and refrigerate it for 2 hours until it sets. 
4. Once the pudding is set, dust the top with cocoa powder and enjoy!
