This is a photo from my basement, or more correctly my parent's basement, where my room was in the 1970s and again, during grad school, in the 1980s. Note the Yes album on the turntable, the patches on Gerry's jeans, the Tolkien novel in his hand, and most of all, the real reason for posting this - THE WALLPAPER! It looks like a hallucination - but it was real! Never had a hallucination? No need to - just look at this wallpaper.
