It’s a delicious snack for your sweet tooth which requires no baking!

Ingredients for 16 energy balls:
1/2 cup (65g) dates
1 cup (105g) raw cashews
pinch of salt
3 tbsps (30g) cocoa powder
2 tbsps (20g) ground flaxsseds
1 tbsp water (if necessary)

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until the mixture starts to stick together. If the mixture doesn’t stick add 1/2-1 tbsp of water and blend again. Roll into balls and enjoy!

You can store them in the fridge up to 2 weeks or as long as they last :).

Nutritional facts per serving: 64kcal, 2.1g protein, 4g fat, 4.8g carbs, 0.7g fiber

These are so good! They cost just over €1 for the whole lot, and with simple ingredients they are great as a snack for the kids. 

🫙 They should last up to a week as long as they are stored in an airtight container, if they last that long! 
❄️You can also freeze them once cooked, I often double batch and freeze half🙌

Ingredients:
- 175g (2 cups) cheddar cheese grated
- 120g (1 cup) plain flour 
- 56g (4tbsp) room temp butter
- optional seasoning - pinch of salt (sometimes I add rosemary)
- 1-5tbsp water (enough to bring together 

Method:
- Add grated cheese, flour, butter and seasoning if using to a blender and blend until mixed.
