These are SO versatile!  They have a neutral taste that can pair with a lot.  You could make them savory with tacos or a hummus wrap or sweet with almond butter & honey. 

Add any spices to the batter you wish - sea salt, garlic powder, etc. I added a few shakes of garlic powder to my taco batch. 

I used the organic quinoa from Costco. 

Rinse 1 cup of quinoa. 
Soak submerged in water for 3 hours. 
Drain & Rinse. 
Add quinoa + 1 cup water and optional spices to a high speed blender. 
Blend on high for 1 minute. 
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat for a few minutes prior to adding batter. 
Add 1/4 cup batter to a really good non-stick pan.
