These images record work from a new series entitled "Posts". They are being made for installation at the National Botanic Gardens Wales with a group called Fibre Art Wales. "Posts" Is to consist of garments which have been shibori gathered and then left to grow algae and moss on the exposed areas of fabric. Once opened it is hoped the natural elements will have created shibori patterns on the garments. The garments represent gardeners jackets left on posts whilst the gardener is hard at work…
