Every time I look in there mirror, I'm so critical of what you see; so I thought, what if I looked in the mirror and was forced to see the positives? This was very hard for me to do, but sit in front of a full sized mirror and make it your goal to fill the whole thing with positives about yourself using a dry erase marker. It's a good way to challenge yourself, but also to show that there ARE good things about you, and you should recognize them. It took me over an hour, but I did it!
