Take a look at this excellent condition 1965 class ring. The detailed crest, geometric edges, black faceted onyx and glossy 10K yellow gold all come together to make one striking statement piece. This features a crest on a fancy faceted black stone (onyx, I assume). Be sure to see those oblong facets cut into the stone as the light goes across. The crest bears the high school name: RIPON as well as an elephant, scales, and the date 1854 (very tiny, visible under magnification). The setting has the graduation date: 1965 and the shoulders bear the initials: MP in a field of black enamel. Antique box not included, but ring boxes are available in my shop. Size: 6.75 sideways on the mandrel 6.5 Face 14.2 x 9.8mm Lower shank: 2.9mm Rise 5mm Markings: JOSTEN 10K 4.8g Good vintage condition. Light surface wear and two chips to the stone as described above.
