• This welcome sign is printed onto 228gsm Linen blend in an off-white colour. • The ink colour can be altered to suit your wedding theme (see below for more details). • The sign pictured is 60 x 192cm (23.62 x 75.6 inches) however in the photos it’s hung on a 160cm (63 inches) tall stand. • There is a 2 inch sewn pole pocket across the top of the fabric, for you to insert a hanging rod through, or to display on a stand. • The ink colours pictured are Olive, Dusty Blue & Black. • Ribbon is included, in the colour of your choice, in the length pictured in the photos (the ribbon colours pictured are Olive, Dusty Blue & Ivory). Olive is our most popular colour and can sell out. If you’d like Olive ribbon it’s best to order as early as possible whenever it’s in stock. • The edges of the sign are lightly frayed and are unstitched. • Please select whether you'd like to purchase the sign with or without the stand. • The stand is lightweight, so not recommended for use outdoors, unless weighted down (with gazebo weights or similar). • The wording can be changed to suit a Bridal Shower or Baby Shower (or any event). We'll iron your sign before dispatch, and ship it rolled, not folded (which can result in hard to shift creases), so your sign will require minimal ironing before use (and we'll send you care advice for your signage & ribbon). I N K C O L O U R S Please enter your ink colour choice into the personalisation field, and once you've placed your order, you can send over a digital swatch or a colour breakdown for us to match to. The ink can be any colour you'd like, however lighter ink colours (such as Pale Pink, Pale Blue, Nude, Yellow & Mint) are not legible enough. When using these colour ribbons, we'd recommend a darker shade of the ribbon colour for the ink. Sorry we're not able to print in metallic inks (gold, silver copper etc). No problem :) The stand & sign (when packaged) weigh just 4.1kg (9lb), and the packaged size is 75 x 44 x 7cm (30 x 17.3 x 3 inches). The sign (without stand) rolls up to fit in a tube 8 x 63 cm (3.15 x 25 inches). Q U A L I T Y We tested a number of fabric printers and found that the print and fabric quality is not consistent throughout. Some of the linen we tested was stiff, slightly shiny and synthetic in feel. We chose our fabric for it's softness whilst still being heavyweight. It drapes beautifully and looks and feels premium. Our printing is crisp and sharp with no ghosting or misregistration (important for legibility on smaller text such as seating charts or bar menus). H O W I T W O R K S • Please ensure your delivery address is correct BEFORE submitting your order, as this can't be changed after purchase. • Please enter your mobile number into the personalisation field, as it's required by the courier and Customs. (Failure to supply your number may result in a delay at customs.) • Please submit your wording into the personalisation field, worded exactly as you'd like it to appear on your item. • Please specify your preferred ink colour in the personalisation field. The ink can be any colour, but pale colours will be less legible, especially from a distance. Sorry we can't print in metallic inks (gold, silver, copper etc). • Once we receive your order and payment, we’ll send you a digital proof to approve (usually within 24 hours - Mon-Fri). • Please let us know if you’d like us to make any changes to this proof or if your proof is approved for print. • If required, we’ll send you a revised proof to approve. • Please let us know when your proof is approved. so we can send your item to print. S H I P P I N G • We'll send your signage ironed and rolled, not folded, which can result in hard to shift creases. We'll also include care advice should you wish to iron or steam your signage. • Please provide a contact mobile number as this will help avoid delays in your delivery. • Please order soon as possible (4 weeks prior to your wedding at the very latest) to allow wriggle room for delivery delays. Please note that late deliveries and delays at customs don't qualify for refunds. F A Q S Will you print a design from my designer? >> We don’t print other designers work. If you have artwork from another designer, they will be able to recommend a printer. If you have a wedding logo/crest, we can add it to one of our designs (providing you have it in a suitable format). Do you sell the ribbon or the stand on their own? >> We don’t sorry.
