This rare armchair was designed by Olof Ottelin in 1958. The model was named 'Jumbo' and was produced under model number 174 by Keravan Stockmann in Finland. The Jumbo was not only Ottelin's most original and iconic design, it was also the designer's own favourite chair. The design was in line with the the trend of low lounge chairs which were placed in front of fire places or windows with a view at the time.
