These Pecan Praline Cookies (the 1986 Winner's Recipe) are one of the best cookies I've made in ages. They are the perfect cookie! The butter, brown sugar and pecans make them taste so much like a praline, but with all the goodness of a cookie! Chewy in the middle with crispy edges and the crunch of pecans in the buttery base.
