(Makes 12 cups) 1/2 cup peanut or almond butter 2 cups rolled oats 1/4 cup maple syrup 1-2 cups Yogurt of choice Fresh fruit or topping of choice 1. Combine nut butter, oats and maple syrup and mix well. 2. Add oat mixture to muffin tins and spread out evenly. 3. Top with 1-2Tbsp yogurt/cup 4. Add fresh fruit, nuts, dark chocolate, coconut flakes - or whatever your little hear desires! 5. They are a great dessert or a breakfast option as full of good natural ingredients. Totally refined sugar free too! 

I’ve also tried them frozen and that works too if you want to fully prepare beforehand. Just take out about 20 minutes before you serve (no need to fully defrost as it’s nice with the frozen yoghurt). 

Tip: I use a very runny peanut butter for this recipe so if yours is a bit thicker then you may need a bit more than stated.
