(Makes 12 cups) 1/2 cup peanut or almond butter 2 cups rolled oats 1/4 cup maple syrup 1-2 cups Yogurt of choice Fresh fruit or topping of choice 1. Combine nut butter, oats and maple syrup and mix well. 2. Add oat mixture to muffin tins and spread out evenly. 3. Top with 1-2Tbsp yogurt/cup 4.
