And yes, you can make it in advance! It tastes even better after sitting in the fridge for 12-24 hours so the brussels have time to soak up lots of flavor. When it comes to shredded brussels sprouts, you can either use the shredding attachment on a food processor, a mandoline, a knife (if you’re super skilled!) or the easiest: just buy them pre-shredded at the store.
