Cre by @yummy_little_belly Ingredients * 500g cherry tomatoes * 1 block of feta cheese * 500g gnocchi * Olive oil * Salt & pepper Method 1. Preheat oven to 180°C. 2. To a baking dish, add the tomatoes,drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss well to combine. 3. Add the feta cheese to the middle of the baking dish. Turn the feta so in that way both sides are seasoned. 4. Add gnocchi and bake for 30-40 minutes. The tomatoes should be well golden-brown and soft, and the feta cheese nice and melty soft. 5.
