Spectacular and rare late regency period blouse, circa 1820s (or maybe older I'm not entirely sure). This stunning piece features graduated mutton sleeves with a fabulous cut, tiny hand embroidered floral details in white color, a double frilled collar, empire pleated waist and inner waist ties to close it. Definitely a collection or museum worthy piece! NB: I'm not sure if the open side what meant to be worn on the front, anyway both way to do are stunning! -Label: None -Size : please refer to measurements, be careful narrow armholes! -Fabric : Cotton -Condition: Very good considering its age : has some small holes at back, some faint yellow marks at back of left sleeve.
