Plus, a touch-activated light with three settings ensures that the task at hand is always lit. HOW IT IS CONSTRUCTED Crafted with a solid poplar wood, MDF and wood veneers. All wood is kiln-dried, a process that ensures that the furniture will never split, warp, crack or mildew. The use of veneers results in high-quality furniture with flawless surfaces and consistent color tones. Finish is hand-applied in child-safe, water-based paint, which provides durability, depth of color and richness to each piece.
