The hat has no visible seams and it is made using soft acrylic yarn (the yarn is soft and delicate on the skin and is non-itchy) and decorated with a satin ribbon bow. If you need a larger-size hat please just let me know. Preemie size fits premature babies from about 5lb (2.3kg) up to either 7 or 8lb (3.2 or 3.6kg).
