Everything ordered is as-expected and arrived promptly. In fact, it arrived so quickly the e-mail notification from Fairphone that the order had been shipped arrived 2 or 3 days after I collected the package and had already signed for it! The contents were well-protected with the box securely sealed. Whilst not everything is fully-labeled as such, most-to-all of the packaging, padding, and box seem to be made from recycled materials and are (re-)recyclable.

Fairphone does what they say they do
Fairphone does what they say they do, which in this day and age is a rarity. I paid for a phone, and I got a phone. I also got access to vast resources, how-to guides and a helpful community. I also got a gift card for replacement parts, so... A great experience!
